Shipping policy

 How long will it take for by order to be processed and shipped?
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be prepared and packaged after receiving an order confirmation email. You will receive another email once your order has been shipped. 

All orders are shipped out of New Jersey. Domestic shipping can range from 2-7 days. There may be a delay on international shipping due to COVD-19 and international guidelines. 

 

What if my package gets lost or stolen during shipment? 

Notify healinghairhoney@gmail.com about missing package. Customer will be requested to pay the USPS' Sign upon delivery fee and a new order will be sent out.
